StickerDreams.art ("we", "us", "our") is operated from the United Kingdom. We provide a service that transforms your uploaded photos into AI-generated custom sticker sheets, available as digital downloads or printed products fulfilled by our print partner.

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By using our service, you confirm that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and that all information you provide is accurate.

StickerDreams does not require account creation. Orders are identified by a unique order ID and the email address you provide at checkout. You are responsible for providing a valid email address to receive your order confirmation and download links.

By uploading a photo, you confirm that you have the right to use that image and that it does not violate any third-party rights. Photos of children must be uploaded by a parent or legal guardian. We encrypt uploaded photos in transit and at rest, and automatically delete them within 7 days of upload.

By clicking "Pay Now" you consent to immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel once the download becomes available, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

Download links are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If your link expires, you can request a new one through our contact page.

Printed sticker sheets are custom-made to your order and are therefore exempt from the right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, Regulation 28(1)(b). Printing and fulfilment is handled by our third-party partner, Printful.

Because our products are custom-made and/or digitally delivered, we do not offer refunds as standard. However, if your order arrives damaged or materially different from what was shown in the preview, please contact us within 14 days and we will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Stickers are generated using artificial intelligence. While we strive for high-quality results that match your photo, exact likeness is not guaranteed. Style and output may vary. Each sticker sheet is unique and may differ from previews shown during the ordering process.

You retain ownership of the photos you upload. The AI-generated sticker artwork is provided to you under a personal, non-commercial licence for private use. You may not resell, redistribute, or use the generated stickers for commercial purposes. The StickerDreams name, logo, and website design remain our intellectual property.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StickerDreams shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order in question. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
